Made for your order

Sticker Scamp is operated by Lucid Vinyl LTD. Our stickers, labels, decals, magnets, static clings and engraved signs are made to your specifications. Because these products are personalized, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for correctly produced custom orders.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a manufacturing or printing defect, email brandon@lucidvinyl.com as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number, a description and clear photos of the affected items and packaging. Keep the items and packaging while we review your claim.

We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, reprint or refund. You will not be charged return shipping for an incorrect or defective item when we require it to be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will provide instructions if a return is needed.

Artwork and approvals

Check your artwork, spelling, dimensions, quantities, material and finish before ordering and before approving any proof. Customer-supplied errors or approved design choices do not normally qualify for a free reprint. Screen colours can differ from printed colours, and normal production tolerances can occur; this does not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from what you ordered.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether the change is possible. Once production has begun, custom orders may no longer be cancellable; any refund will reflect the work already completed, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. We will confirm the amount and notify you when the refund has been issued.

Nothing in this policy limits any return, cancellation, warranty or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
