About Sticker Scamp

This store is operated by Lucid Vinyl LTD under the Sticker Scamp name. These terms apply to purchases and use of our online store. Questions can be sent to brandon@lucidvinyl.com.

Orders and product details

Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and order information. Review the selected size, units, material, finish, quantity and artwork before submitting your order. Custom dimensions are subject to the limits shown for each product. Product images illustrate the offering; the item supplied will be based on the configuration and artwork accepted for your order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, requires clarification or contains a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfil the order as agreed, we will cancel the unfulfilled portion and refund the corresponding payment. We will obtain your agreement before charging an additional amount.

Artwork and proof approval

You must own or have permission to use any artwork, text, trademarks and other content you submit. You grant us permission to reproduce and process that content as needed to prepare, produce and fulfil your order. This permission does not transfer ownership of your artwork or authorize unrelated promotional use.

If a proof is provided, check it carefully before approval. Production may wait until artwork questions are resolved or approval is received. Customer-supplied spelling, layout and artwork errors may require a paid reprint. Printed colours and finishes may differ from screen previews, and minor cutting and production variations can occur. Products must still conform to the agreed order and applicable law.

We may decline content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful. If this prevents fulfilment of an order, we will contact you and refund payment for the unfulfilled goods.

Prices, payment and shipping

Prices and the checkout currency are displayed before payment. The store base currency is USD; Canadian customers may check out in CAD. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Cross-border charges may apply as described in our shipping policy. Changes to prices do not change an order already accepted, except where a material error is resolved with you.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Custom products are made for your order. Please contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Our refund policy explains how we handle custom orders, defects, incorrect items and refunds.

Store use and privacy

Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updates to these terms apply to future use and orders; the terms in effect when your order was placed apply to that order.
