Where we ship

Sticker Scamp ships to Canada and the United States only.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping is included on all orders delivered to Canada and the United States. There is no minimum order value for free standard shipping.

Our store's base currency is USD. Canadian customers can pay in CAD. Your checkout shows the final currency, applicable taxes and free standard shipping before payment.

Production and delivery

Products are made to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time and can depend on the product, quantity, artwork readiness and any proof approval required. Any timing stated with your order is an estimate unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Contact brandon@lucidvinyl.com before ordering if you have an event or firm deadline.

We will send shipment confirmation and tracking details when available. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing and other events outside our control can affect delivery. Please contact us if a shipment appears delayed or lost so we can investigate.

Delivery details and damaged parcels

Check your delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately about address changes; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If a parcel is damaged, keep its contents and packaging and send us photos and your order number so we can help.

Taxes and cross-border charges

Applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment. US shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they may be payable by the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
